My favourite bit of Liverpool? It had to be the Home Bargains
store at our Head Office, Gillmoss. I am in there most days! The
nose-to-nose Liverpool and Everton Superlambananas, that were
a big part of the capital of culture celebrations, puts the store, the
time and the celebrations into real context. While I did a fair bit of
the needlework (the wonky bits) my sister Cathy was responsible
for the vast majority of it (and all the good bits). Thanks sis.”
