The Liverpool Tapestry:
People, Places and Passions

Tate Liverpool was the first satellite
gallery of the Tate in London, and
was opened in the city as part of the
redevelopment of the Albert Dock in
the late 1980’s.
“
I did the Tate because I am involved
in art groups and was doing A level Art
over the course of my involvement with
the Tapestry project. The colours I used
make me feel happy. I like the colour
scheme.”
